After turning on the computer, it alerted me about the RAM change before Windows booted, and I accepted the change. (I found afterward that replacing RAM is probably the easiest thing you can do inside the computer). The Dell became much more responsive when working with multiple applications and I am very satisfied with this purchase.Just keep in mind that the price I paid ($84.95) is quite steep for only 2GB of RAM, and that the Dell Dimension B110 is, when judging from today's standards, quite old. If you are looking at this upgrade, you might want to think about upgrading your computer completely, instead.

Works exactly as it should - just plug it in (watch out for static charge), and it works. Nothing more to say
With the help from Crucial.com I identified these to be compatible to my PC. Bought it from Amazon. Worked perfectly right of the bat. My PC is now much faster.
Replaced original 1GB on my Dell Ispiron with this kit; as others mentioned - Inspiron has only 2 RAM slots, so you are buying replacement, rather than additional memory. Works just fine, performance improvement as expected. At Amazon price - it's a sin not to buy it.
